Full credit will be issued for any unopened product returned within 14 days of your receipt of shipment. It is important that you notify us as soon as you receive your order if there is any error so we may respond promptly and your return can be made within the allotted time period for returns.
In the rare event that we ship you product other than what you ordered, do not open the product or it will void your right to return it. Please contact us so we can exchange it for the correct item.
Products damaged during shipping or missing items must be reported to SoftballSupplements.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly either issue you credit or send you product for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise and provide you with a return tag to ship back any damaged or expired products.
SoftballSupplements.com will have to charge a $10 fee for shipments that are either cancelled after leaving our warehouse or if there needs to be an address change due to the customer error. Please make sure to double check all fields entered to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
